Registration is now open for the 5th Annual Biophysics Colloquium which will be held on Monday, April 21st, 2025 from 10:30 am - 4:00 pm hosted jointly by the Student Chapter of the Biophysical Society at UC Davis (SCBPS at UCD) and sponsored by the Biophysical Society.
This event will feature a mix of research presentations, a poster competition, panels on community engagement and career paths, and a keynote lecture by Professor Tanja Kortemme from University of California, San Francisco. We are excited to showcase the cutting-edge research in Biophysics here at UC Davis and provide amazing prizes to outstanding presenters.

Registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Biophysics Colloquium which will be held on Monday, April 24th, 2023 from 1pm-5:30pm hosted jointly by the Student Chapter of the Biophysical Society at UC Davis (SCBPS at UCD) and the students of the Biophysics Graduate Group (BPHGG) and sponsored by the Biophysical Society.
This event will feature a keynote lecture from Prof. Eva Nogales, a poster session and competition, short research talks from students and post-docs and science art competition!. We are excited to showcase the cutting-edge research in Biophysics here at UC Davis and provide amazing prizes to outstanding presenters.

The event will feature amazing faculty and student talks, poster presentations and poster competition, and a keynote lecture by Dr. Heike Wulff.
The poster session is open to all presenters who submit an abstract by April 5th. The session will take place from 3-3:50 pm. Prizes will be awarded.
We will also host a science art competition! What is scientific art? That is up to you! Artwork can be an image or object related to your work, someone else's work, nature, or anything else that inspires you. If you are interested in participating, let us know in your registration form to receive more info.
